Choral singing is the most popular and wide-ranging involved spare-time activity. The feature of low cost and high return is attracting numerous choral-singing fans. Why are there so many people like choral singing? What differences brought by choral singing? What kinds of positive affects for people are caused by choral singing? This research will explain for these questions from the variables of Subjective Well-being, Interpersonal trust and Self-efficacy. This article uses Subjective Well-being Scale for Chinese Citizen (SWBS-CC), General Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES), Interpersonal Trust Scale (ITS) as tools to assess258students in four universities in Wuhan, and uses questionnaires to research the relationships of Subjective Well-being, Self-efficacy and Interpersonal trust of the students who have experiences singing in choirs or not.Through T-test, variance analysis, correlation analysis to make statistical analysis. This research shows:(1) The scores of Subjective Well-being, Self-efficacy and Interpersonal trust of the students who have experiences singing in choirs are higher than who don’t have.(2) There are no differences between males and females on the scores of Subjective Well-being, Self-efficacy and Interpersonal trust among the students who have experiences singing in choirs.(3) There is a positive correlation between the time of singing in choirs and Subjective Well-being and Self-efficacy (rA=0.167,p<.01; rB=0.173,p<.01).In another word, the longer singing, the higher subjective well-being and self-efficacy; There’s no relationship between the time of singing and Interpersonal trust. (4) The levels of choirs have no affect on Subjective Well-being, Self-efficacy and Interpersonal trust.(5) In different dimensions of Well-being, the scores of the students singing in choirs on four dimensions of target worth feeling, development feeling.self-acception feeling and family atmosphere are obviously higher than not.(6) In the two dimensions of interpersonal trust,there are no differences on the scores of general trust and special trust between the students who have choral singing experiences and who have not.(7) There is a big interdependency between the scores of all dimensions of well-being and self-efficacy except for family atmosphere.(8) There is an obvious interdependency between all dimensions of interpersonal trust and self-efficacy.(9) There is an obvious interdependency between few dimensions of interpersonal trust and well-being, and others not.
