Now people who living in china society generally felt the crisis of trust, the distrustphenomenon between people is very outstanding. An endless stream of incidents was reportedsuch as the food safety incidents and the tense relationship between doctors and patients. Theinterpersonal trust of college students requires constant attention in the context of our times.The students are learning and practicing the various social roles in their psychologicalmoratorium.If they lack the normal level of interpersonal trust, they would be too careful ininterpersonal communication in long term and were likely to struggle with anxiety that is badfor their mental health.Based on a review of domestic and foreign research on the interpersonal trust and relatedfactors, taking600college students in Dalian area as subjects of this research, the researcherused the ITS\SSRS\GSES as tools to measure the subjects. Taking15college students in lowlevel of interpersonal trust as the subjects, using the pretest posttest experimental model, theresearcher verified group sandplay is effective to improve the level of interpersonal trust ofcollege students, discussed its mechanism of action by analyzing of the data.The results indicated:(1) In general, the college students’ interpersonal trust was at amiddle level, the scores among individuals were more discrete;(2)There was significantdifference in grade and subject category of college students’ interpersonal trust, but there wasno significant difference in gender and in terms of living in countryside or city;(3)Collegestudents’ interpersonal trust had significant correlations with social support;(4) Collegestudents’ interpersonal trust had significant correlations with general self-efficacy;(5)Groupsform sandplay therapy can improve college students’ interpersonal trust, social support andgeneral self-efficacy.
