| Regional Culture Industry is a new form of industry based on the regional cultural resources, which provides products and services with regional distinctive characteristics and national characteristics by methods of creative transformation, technology innovation and market. Since 2000, "Yunnan Phenomenon" and the practice in regional culture industries has gotten major league attention, for its own regional culture industries, different regions have carried out much more research based on experience type. All of the research always take the regional culture industry practice as a kind of special case, the experience of development of the regional culture industries is difficult to replicate and popularized, the phenomenon of "isolated island" in the research field is very obvious. Under a unified theoretical framework, the study for regional culture industry becomes more and more important.The district of Dali and Lijiang is a typical and outstanding example for the regional culture industry in Yunnan Province, the experience of regional culture industry is referred to as "Dali Experience" and "Lijiang Pattern". Tourism has brought a grand market scale for Dali and Lijiang, and provided a huge consumer demand for the development of regional culture industries. Integrated with the regional culture characteristics, national cultural features and historical cultural gene, the products and services of regional culture industries have quickly won more and more monetary votes, regional culture industry plays an important role in the regional economic development of Dali and Lijiang. After the price race at the end of 20th century and the early 21st century, the way of co-opetition development of regional culture industry becomes main trend for Dali and Lijiang. Therefore, regarding the regional culture industry of Dali and Lijiang as a wholly research object, a beneficial supplement would be provided for the theory of China regional culture industry.At present, the economics studies focusing on the regional culture industry are mainly about the resources allocation, industries development, the practical results and the reflections on economic benefits and social benefits. This kind of episodic research has been unable to meet the all requirements of the current regional culture industry. This paper tried to introduce a basic analytical paradigm of industrial organization theory that is "Market Structure (S)-Market Conduct (C)-Market Performance (P)" of the analytical paradigm. Based on the transmission mechanism of the SCP paradigm, featuring in the regional culture industries of Dali and Lijiang for the whole research object, surveying and studying the industrial organization of the regional culture industries, the applicability of the theories of industrial organization for the research in the field of regional culture industry would be cleared. By surveying with the transmission mechanism of the SCP paradigm, the dynamically study would be carried out on the history of the regional culture industries development of Dali and Lijiang, the overall perspective of the regional culture industries of Dali and Lijiang would be basically understood. Accordingly, by basic research of the SCP paradigm, the possibilities of modification for the conduction mechanism of traditional SCP paradigm could be found via furthermore studying in the regional culture industries of Dali and Lijiang. "’Macro effectives" in practical results and "micro failures" by phenomenon observing, the contradiction between "effectives practice" and "theoretical failures", as well as, thinking for that more and quickly development of tourism has not brought a very significant market performance, the concept of Space Efficiency could be easily introduced into the transmission mechanism of SCP paradigm. The transmission mechanism of SCP paradigm would be modified and improved by the space efficiency in the process of development for the regional culture industries of Dali and Lijiang, then, the research field of vision would be expectedly enriched for the theories of regional culture industry. |
