Cities, which people usually rely on to survive, has continuous changing in different traditions and different conceptions. The city has reflected diverse lifestyles in different period and this difference also confirms the development of urban culture and the process of transmutation. Millions has followed their gregarious nature of mankind to create an environment with strong concentration, the city. However, it also brings out several of cons like traffic congestion, noise, spatial confusion community and other negative influences. These might forcing people get away from the city and find some rural place to live. Dali, which is the city located in western area of Yunnan province in China, as the cultural dissemination and exchange center, it has thousands of years of historical background. After the government and developers tried their best to explore the potentials of this city, the city can demonstrate their environmental advantages to the tourists and it become the first choice to visit for all Chinese people.The rise of local tourism can promote the local cultural and economic integration into globalization process. In order to meet residents, tourists and new immigrants’ multiple needs, the space and services has to be deconstructed to the new model. The traditional street and space has divided into different functional spaces and for some traditional living places has converted into financial spaces. From agricultural society to consumer society, and then consumer society to "new landscape society", the lifestyle, production style and the society relationship has instead by the conceptions of space, daily life and landscapes. In order to avoid the apathy which caused by the landscape, and artifacts fragmented, Dali need to construct more individual spaces and urban public places which based on humanities’ freedom and desire (includes real and physical space, like cafe; or virtual cyberspace). When people who live in this kind of space, which has receptiveness mind and also without losing privacy, with internal principle and without losing creativeness might help people gathering their own creative ideas and inspiring their inspirations. More creative talents stay together will maintain their lives to be more stability, and the process of turning individual actions into group actions can bring them more positive infects. Their advanced and creative ideas will bring out new hope for this city and make it more sustainable, at the mean time, the cultural space is also benefit from this, the space will follow the circulation of deconstruction and reconstruction, then ultimately it will achieve the goal of space production.
