Research On The Relationship Between Information Security And Cultural Security

With the reform of information technology, human society has already entered the information age, the human society’s political, economic, military, cultural and other aspects are and information technology closely combined together, the human society for the normal and orderly operation directly established on the basis of information security. With the development of information technology, play an increasingly important role in the comprehensive national culture as a kind of soft power by means of information technology in international competition. At the same time, along with the importance of the traditional mode of war costs decline in revenue, non conventional war began to highlight, information security and cultural security is becoming the main battlefield of the war tradition, even will become the main form of conflict in the international society in the future. In this context, the importance of information security and cultural security has increased to the highest level in history, and with the further development of information technology and continuous improvement.On the one hand, there is a natural indivisible relationship between information and culture. On the other hand, information technology has penetrated into all aspects of cultural security, information security and cultural security is closely related to.
