The paper examines the characteristics of the information age, that safeguard national cultural security, need to be fully aware of the national security is facing new challenges of the information age, cultural soft power increased competition between countries to safeguard national "information sovereignty" arduous task of these three important background.The second part discusses the major challenges facing China’s cultural security of the information age.
