This article refers to the work of the predecessors and contemporaries, on the premises of investigating the lives of Zhou Mi and his friends, the from of “ size up people by his simple devices to discuss the world and background ”, the approach of commenting Song with Song, it tries to recover the ecology of Zhou Mi?s creating context, and discuss carefully the evolution of Zhou Mi?s poetry content, theme and style in different periods.This paper can be mainly divided into three chapters:The first chapter: on the basis of Xia C hengtao ?s Zhou Cao Chuang N ian Pu, through sorting out historical data and consulting the previous research, it re-combed Zhou Mi?s life and confirmed the age of his poetrys. As well as according to the comment of Dai Biaoyuan it divided Zhou Mi?s life into three periods: youth, middle age and old age. And then it investgated the mainly friendship of Zhou Mi, which can be the basis for later discussion of the content and style of poetrys.The second chapter: Zhou Mi?s poetry as the research object, based on the stage of Zhou Mi?s life in the first chapter, it discussed the evolution of his poetrys? content and theme on youth, maturity and old age. He lived in a peaceful age of youth, so his poetry? themes were given priority to with praising leisurely feelings and history. In middle age he got separated from his friends and always sunk in the lower classes, his poetry? themes were changed into expressing hermitage heart and sentimental feelings. Experienced the separation of country and family, the themes of Zhou Mi?s poetry in his old age turned into bemoaning the hate and sad of subjugation. From the individual to the state, the deepening of his poetry?s theme is obvious.The third chapter: on the basis of the first two chapeters, taking the evaluation of Zhou Mi?s poetrys by Dai Biaoyuan as the main line, it analysised the gradually and coagulation of his poetry?s style. Zhou Mi, who was born in the late Southern Song Dynasty, his poetry?s style was influenced by Poetry fashion, such as School of Jiangxi and Late Tang style, and then became into his own unique style gradually with conspicuous characteristic of times. His youth style of poetry influenced by Siling-poetry school, Jianghu- poetry school, learning the style of Tang Dynasty?s poetry, and thus presents a characteristic of “ Liu Li Zhong Q ing, Chun Rong Xue Dang ”. In Zhou Mi?s manhood, with the changes of social environment and his own misfortune, his poetry turned to learn Jiangxi-poetry school and Du Fu, Han Yu, Meng Jiao, which resulted the characteristic of “ Dian Shi Ming Shan, Wei Ran Bo Ya ”. Zhou Mi in his old age, with the experience of subjugation, after precipitation of the young and middle-aged period, his poetry?s style gradually coagulates into special style of “ Gan Kai Ji Fa, Yi Yu Bei Zhuang ”.Through the study of Zhou Mi and his poetrys, this paper believes that Zhou Mi?s poetrys have an important research significance under the background of late Song Dynasty literature: in terms of its content, it reflects Zhou Mi?s real life as a scholar and also reflects the changes in the era of social; in the terms of style, it reflects the principles of poetry world in late Song Dynasty, and is an important part of literature research in Late Song Dynasty and early Yuan Dynasty.
