This paper mainly researched on the acquisition of international students when they study "lei" in multi-verb sentence. I found that students usually make mistakes in this grammar while Chinese, who use Mandarin as their mother tongue can be sure if "lei" is necessary and where it should be put in the kind of sentence during my internship. And that is the reason why I chose this problem to research. The paper took the students of the College of International Cultural Exchange in CCNU as an example, and sorted errors about the grammar from the inter-language corpus of CCNU. Errors were classified as three types. Meanwhile I analyzed the sources of errors from the subjective and objective aspects. Subjective reasons include the negative transfer of native language and target language and the effects of learning and communication strategies while studying and using the language. Objective reason is study environment for students while studying the target language, especially the class environment such as teachers and teaching materials. Then the paper aimed at the textbooks named A Course in Chinese which were used in per class of the college of International Cultural Exchange in CCNU. By starting with the distribution and the relative grammars of multi-verb sentence and "le" in the textbooks, the paper evaluated the textbooks based on the ontological research on the location of "lei" in multi-verb sentence from previous scholars. Finally, according to students’ errors and the relative explanations in the textbooks, the paper gave three tips for teachers and hoping it can be helpful.
