A Study Of The Development Of The Language Service Industry Under The Internet Plus Background

Internet Plus has become Chinese national strategy, and become an important engine of the current economic development. For the industry, Internet Plus it is not only technical tool, but also basic platform and ecological type of link elements. Language services industry is the modern service industry that based on the consciousness of language services and language economic. It is an important part of the cultural industry, and it can guarantee for language service requirements under the Belt and Road Initiative background. The extensive application of Internet Plus is bound to bring new opportunities and challenges for the development of language services, to promote further transformation and upgrading of the language service industry.At present, the international language services market is booming. China Language services industry is in the ascendancy and has unlimited potential, however, to achieve leapfrog development there are still many problems. In this thesis, the main line is the language service industry development issues in the context of Internet Plus. Thesis through theoretical summary, the status quo of induction and case studies, defined the language services industry from the language services perspective, and focus on the impetus and influence which Internet Plus bring for language services industry, summarized the new features and trends of language services, pointed out the problems of language services industry when deal with this changes. Suggestions include three aspects, the policies and planning from government, the innovations and talent supply from society, the industrial chain, language assets, crowdsourcing and terminal applications from enterprise. Finally, through the case analysis about Transn’s innovative achievement of Internet plus language service, summed up the experience for reference.Thesis is divided into three parts that introduction, text and conclusion. The third chapter focuses on countermeasures, put forward specific policies from the government, society, enterprise three levels. The fourth chapter focuses on case studies, include presentation, outcomes, and experience of Transn company.Part of epilogue has a brief summary to reflect the lack of research, and the outlook for the future.
