The study uses the questionnaire survey to 600 college students of ZheJiang Normal University randomly, and 441 valid sample information was acquired, to explore the relations of college student psychological capital and interpersonal relational.Then, according to the formation process of interpersonal relationship and Transactional analysis, the study explore the impact of the training intervention on college students’interpersonal relationship and psychological capital. The results are as follows:(1)The college students’ psychological capital has no significant differences in the gender, major, origin of students, and only son or not, and has significant difference in student cadre or not, the student cadres are better than the general students.(2)There is no significant difference of the interpersonal relationship of college students in gender, major, only son or not, student cadre or not, but in origin of student, the students in city are better than the students in country.(3)College students’ psychological capital and interpersonal relationship were of significantly positive correlation. The 4 dimensions of psychological capital, self-confidence, optimism, resilience, thankfulness, had a significant positive prediction to interpersonal relationship, the model can explain 39% variance of interpersonal relationship had a significant positive prediction to psychological capital and model can explain 28.2% variance of psychological capital.(4)The intervention training can develop the interpersonal relationship directly and cooperation of psychological capital indirectly.
