The study attempts to explore the relationship of impoverished undergraduates' psychological capital, social support and interpersonal relationship. To begin with, a semi-structured interview was conducted to develop college students' psychological capital questionnaire; Secondly,413 undergraduates from several high schools was investigated to make the item analysis and exploratory factor analysis; Thirdly,771 undergraduates form three high schools in Nanjing was investigated to make the confirmation factor analysis; Lastly, the study made a survey of 1275 undergraduates from four high schools in Nanjing and selected 487 impoverished students to make the comparison and relation analysis.And the collected data were analyzed by the software of EXCEL2010, SPSS 19.0, AMOS 18.0. The main results were as follows:(1)College students' psychological capital questionnaire consists of four components, which were resilience, self-confidence, hope, optimism. The scale showed a satisfactory reliability and validity.(2)College students' psychological capital and four dimensions were generally above the average, which meant a relatively positive level on the whole.(3)Impoverished and non-impoverished undergraduates' psychological capital, social support and interpersonal relationship had significant difference; And the impoverished students' scores were lower than the non-impoverished students.(4) For impoverished students:Gender, origin, only-child or not, subject had significant effects on their psychological capital; Gender, only-child or not, subject had significant effects on their social support; Gender, grade, subject had significant effects on their interpersonal relationship.(5)Impoverished undergraduates' psychological capital, social support and interpersonal relationship were significantly positive correlated pairwise. The result of regression analysis showed that psychological capital and resilience, self-confidence, hope positively predicted the impoverished undergraduates' interpersonal relationship; Social support and three dimensions had the same effect as well.(6)Impoverished undergraduates' social support partially mediated the relationship between psychological capital and interpersonal relationship, which was much better than the mediating effect in the non-impoverished students.
