This study was to investigate elementary school teachers angry expression and internal mechanism of influence factors. The explanatory sequential design in MMR is used by researcher. quantitative research is used to explore the factors by questionnaires and qualitative research is used to learn primary school teachers angry expression and how influence factors work by open questionnaires and in-depth interviewsQuantitative Study results show that(1) the anger-in and anger-out are at the lower middle level, anger control-out and anger control-out are at the upper middle level, indicating that primary school teachers tend to use control anger.(2) There is significant difference in gender for control anger-in and male teachers is higher than female; There is no significant difference in gender, seniority and age in other angry expressions.(3) Self-esteem and two dimensions of forgiveness are significantly positively correlated with the two control anger expressions, support availability is significantly negatively correlated with angry-in.(5) Forgiveness as a mediator between self-esteem and anger control expression.(6) Forgiveness as a mediator between support availability and angry-in.Qualitative research findings show:Teachers’ angry source are mainly from students and parents. Overall, teachers tend to use control anger expression for different objects.In terms of the relationship between influence factors, The teacher who has higher self-esteem have more positive individual characteristics, certainty of Self-awareness and positive message,then their teaching ability have fully recognized.on the one hand,it directly lead to a calm and objective angry expression, on the other hand,it also contributed to their own and others’tolerance and finally influence anger expression. support availability benefits primary school teachers’emotion relief and guidelines, on the one hand,it lead to angry decreased and methods to solve problems, on the one hand,it contributed to their own and others’ tolerance and Recognition of educational capacity which play a role in primary school teachers’ angry expression.
