This study was aimed at investigating the career maturity of fujian&zhejiang college students and the internal function mechanisms of its influencing factors.Using the mixed research methods,including the survey in quantitative research to discuss the factors of career maturity and in-depth interviews in qualitative research to understand the specific expression in different level of career maturity,and how parenting style,social support influences career maturity.The conclusions:1.The career maturity of Fujian&Zhejiang college students is higher than the normal levels.College students' career maturity varies significantly with gender,grade only-child,if like their major,whether served as class leader,there was no significant difference in the hometown of students and education level of parents.2.Parenting style,social support was significantly correlated with career maturity.3.College students' social support has a positive predictive for career maturity.4.Emotional warmth has a positive predictive for career maturity;Excessive protection and rejected have a negative effect on the career maturity.5.The utilization degree of support has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between the mother's emotional warmth and career maturity,between the mother's excessive protection and career maturity.6.There are differences on the cycle of three-link pattern—"Goal Setting-Engagement Practice-Self-awareness”between the different level of career maturity.7.The feeling of the social support,the utilization degree of support influences the development of career maturity.8.Parenting style mainly through "goal setting" and "practical engagement" to impact on the pattern of career maturity development.
