As the rapid development of Chinese economy, more and more foreigners are attracted to China to study Chinese. For most of them, they want to make use of their sequential and short time to learn the elementary Chinese quickly. It can satisfied their daily communicative usage. With the experiences of the writer’s internship at Kumming Keats school, this thesis is aim at making the comparably useful teaching strategies to satisfy the beginners’ needs,according to the characteristics of the beginner,along with the speed up teaching features of elementary Chinese,teaching principle,teaching factors sand the fallibility points in teaching process. The elementary Chinese speed up teaching has its own characters in teaching time,teaching objects and teaching goals. The learner need to focus on a certain period of time to practice the intense training for the communication reason.The speed up Chinese teaching should follow the principle of communication, choosing the topics that close to the students daily life, emphasizing the practical usage.Only by this way,can the teaching method becomes rapid and effective. Before the teaching method is practiced, teacher should know the personal information of students,such as their age, cultural background and learning motivation. At the same time, teacher’s professional knowledge, cross culture knowledge, whether the teaching plan slandered written or not,all of these are factors affecting the teaching result. Teachers should choose the teaching content according to the needs of students, so that the teaching process become more targeted.
