In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the syncretism of three religions that include Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism was more general and profound than in the past. The syncretism of three religions documented in the literature written by intellectuals and elites, similarly was carved in stone, the stele of Sanjiao Zushi Zan which is preserved in Fushun County, Sichuan Province, is not known in the past, is an important cultural relic about religious relations in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. From tablet inscription, there is a rhyme to express feelings of praise to Sakyamuni, Lao Tzu and Confucius, and the establishment of the three religions is built on the concept called of Li’. It is not difficult to see, the stele of Sanjiao Zushi Zan perfectly explains the syncretism of three religions that although different religions have different differences, but they also have the same place. This paper introduced carefully inscriptions based on the field survey and reading literature, at the same time, provides a rubbing and photo about the stele. This paper deeply studied the history and cultural meaning of the inscriptions, and can make up for the past regret that the past researchers have not noticed it. Through this passage, we can know the syncretism of three religions in the Ming and Qing Dynasties better and more abundant than in the past. This thesis consists of six parts:the first part is the introduction, introduces the research significance, research review and research methods; the second part is a introduction on syncretism of the three religions in the Ming & Qing Dynasty; the third part is the inscription of Sanjiao Zushi Zan; the fourth part is the interpretation of the inscriptions; the fifth part is the conclusion, emphasize the value of the inscriptions.
