The theory of transcendental freedom is not only the main notion of "the transcendental dialectic" in Kant’s "Critique of Pure Reason"(CPR),but also laid a foundation for his analysis below.Although Kant’s attempt to solve the freedom problem is valuable, causality and freedom are intrinsically incompatible properties. Most Kantian argued that his reconciliation of the Third Antinomy can be regarded as a failure. Some criticize his work is incoherent and ambiguous.some believes that Kant cannot offer us a satisfactory account of the relationship between the two characters.that is intelligible character and empirical character.some argued that Kant’s argumentation should rely on some necessary assumptions. For these questions, this article attempts to give an analysis with a view of Compatilism on the issue of Kant’s transcendental freedom.on the basis of the existing knowledge of Kantian’s achievements. It should be noted, Kant’s solution to the problem was a success. It suggested that inevitability and freedom are compatible in principle, and transcendental freedom and practical freedom are compatible in moral.
