In recent years, the research orientation of the historical political geography recovery on the basis of the historical evolution of administrative division change, more and more scholars pay attention to investigation and analysis of the relationship between the different historical period and regional administrative division in the process of setting changes with the local social politics, economy, culture, military ethnic group and other factors,Comparably speaking, change of administrative division and the regional social change in the process of interaction in southwest of Guangxi in Ming Dynasty, academia are still lack of an all-round system of research.In this paper,by combining a political geography and regional social history research methods,on the basis of a political evolution in the restoration of the southwest of Guangxi in Ming Dynasty,pay attention to the change of administrative division in the regional social and historical context of the overall grasp,emphasize on the macro view under the view of case study,the selection of important changes in the administrative case to conduct in-depth investigation and analysis of the causes of the changes in the social,historical background and reasons,and then understand its relationship with frontier social and historical changes,thus we can observe dynasty national strategy in frontier minority areas of Guangxi administration and the historical process of gradual integration.The southwest of Guangxi located in the Sino-Vietnam border,the change of administrative division and border social factors including political,military,frontier changes.
