Discussion on the unique feature of content selection, erection of structures, material handling and post-production aspects about Winter Olympics documentary."Dancers of winter" and "winter bloom" are sports documentaries which covered sports competition feature, spiritual content and social values. In the narrative perspective, creator take an omniscient view to sort out the development of winter sports in the historical context, and take the unknown and within perspective to increase highlights for the context of historical; In the narrative strategy, the creator adhere to the "people oriented" principle, focusing on selection and characterization of the characters, as well as show the development of the plight of the Vulnerable project to the audience in order to earned attention, and finally by setting the suspense to make entire documentary paced. In the narrative structure, two documentaries based on specific historical background to set every project as an independent plate. And in each episode of the film, creator build multi-line narrative structure according to the story and character relationships; finally, by image and sound editing making the narrative language of documentary is rich and full.Deficiencies in these two sports documentaries includes: 1.The limitations of viewing angle: domestic documentary perspective is still limited to the domestic in the pattern of international and the spirit of sport and culture in practice still be less;2.
