Application Study On The Projection Mapping In Legitimate Drama

This paper attempts to explore the positive impact of the combination of projection art and legitimate drama on the traditional legitimate drama. Starting from the second chapter, it discusses from two aspects legitimate drama art and projection technology. First it summarizes the drama category and diversity attempt of drama from the spiritual core to forms since 1950 s, seeking the development direction of the legitimate drama and investigating the interaction between emerging stage technology and the legitimate drama art as well as its new art development direction. Second, it sorts out the history of projection technology development, and compares the characteristics of different types of projection equipment, as well as its application occasion.The third chapter summarizes the categories of projection art and its results in different occasions. In recent years, projection art has emerged and become popular; the first part makes classification and enumerates case according to the different types of projection,analyzes different types of projection art and in different occasion uses, the projection itself interacts with the projection objects, which can achieve a variety of sensory effect enhancement. The second part introduces into legitimate drama, and then analyses the cases of different types of drama in the specific use of projection art as well as the auxiliary reinforcement effect of projection art on different types of legitimate drama.Based on the characteristics of projection art, categories, and specific case of the use of legitimate drama, the fourth chapter classifies the projection art into 3 levels according to the degree of involvement from the theoretical level. The first level: the enhanced visual effect of light projection content on the stage. Projection plays a role in a sole form of image in the stage. The second level: the project content establishes contact with the actors, these two aspects interact with each other and then change the performance way of the drama to a certain extent. The third level: By virtue of its interaction and the medium role between the performers and the audience, projection art enhances the interaction, forming a new relationship.The fifth chapter starts from the practical application; first it sorts out their characteristics or parameters from three angles--the theatre, stage and drama category, thus generalizing the different theatrical performances and the effects of performance type on projection technology involvement. Secondly, based on the difference of the involvement degree of projection art, it combines cases to discuss different emphases and methods of light projection design in the three levels. At the same time, based on this, it proposes general design framework.The sixth chapter focuses on the common problems in the application of the current projection technology in the stage. It summarizes the problem types and tries to put forward methods, in order to play a certain reference role in the specific application practice.At present, how to properly use the digital projection art to enhance the the expressive force of legitimate drama is still in the exploratory stage. Many shows of this new projection technology at home and abroad and the successful application in the performances as well as the trial in the television programs have all provided examples of learning that can refer to inthe drama stage. In recent years many domestic pioneer artists have begun to try to add some techniques of expression in to the drama stage, for example the holographic projection, and combined expression of rear projection and stage scene.This subject not only involves the study on different projection technologies, it also needs the understanding of the drama theory, performance methods of stage art. Meanwhile, it also needs the clear cognition to the direction of the development of legitimate drama art. By means of the combination of the new type technology with the legitimate drama arts, it can not only provide the practical innovation solutions for the traditional legitimate drama development, but also can attract more diverse audience groups by the powerful stage performance effect brought by the new lighting technology.New media means bring about changes in the way of appreciation, which has become a visible trend. The penetration of projection art has become a trend in the legitimate drama development. At the same time, by virtue of the strong plasticity of multimedia lighting, its combination with traditional art is extremely free, and it will not restrict and eliminate the traditional uniqueness. The appropriate use of the lighting as the stage tool can highlight the characteristics of traditional art.
