Improving the user experience is important point with research and development of products and services in the now and future. For the user experience design,availability is an important indicator and on the thought basis of User-Centered Design all the time,and got a lot of successful application in practice at the same time.In changhong CHiQ TV as a case,results including description and research users buying motives, circumstances and decision-making process,the factors of influencing decision-making.in addition to these, Including the description of the user portrait and group classification with the changhong CHiQ TV. Finally also including the usage and feedback of the product in order to guiding the upgrading of products. The core of study is that the user experience is the highlight of product innovation. When designers think standing on the user’s perspective, they have take a big step to success.
