Kant’s philosophy is profound, and contains a lot of content, the issues he concerned like human freedom, ethics and philosophy of right until today is still the focus of our attention, so we study Kant’s thought is necessary and valuable. This paper mainly about Kant’s philosophy of right. As we all know, freedom is the basis of Kant’s moral philosophy, because "freedom is the basis for the existence of morality, morality is the basis of understanding of freedom." Similarly, freedom is the basis of Kant’s Philosophy of right. Here in Kant, freedom is divided into internal freedom and external freedom, inner freedom is used in the moral domain and the outer freedom is used in the philosophy of right. Morality involves only the human heart conception, and the philosophy of right is related to the person’s external action, it’s main concern is human rights. In Kant’s view, the core of the philosophy of right is right, but this right is divided into private rights and public rights. But whether the public or private rights are derived from the free will of human, so rights is a manifestation of the free will. Relative to the right is the obligation, which is bound to be accompanied by the right to. Obligation is the enforce of right, other people’s rights are the boundaries of your actions. Only everyone mutual respect can there exist so-called rights, so obligation is recognition of the rights.Rights in the state of nature can not be guaranteed, it is necessary to enter a civilized society if you want the right to be guaranteed, and use the law to restrain people’s behavior so that rights can become a reality. The law is the externalization of people’s free will, and it is also the way of the free will realizing itself, and from the free will of people to the rights and then to the law, this is a complete mentality, that people’s free will determines people’s rights, and the realization of rights needs to the security of the law that reflects the free will of people. So the law is theory Destination of Kant’s philosophy of right.Although Kant’s thinking is very deep, but some things have not stated perfectly in his theory, in the article we properly combine the Hegel’s Philosophy to state Kant’s philosophy of right. Because they are confronted with the same age problem, so Kant and Hegel’s philosophy of right both point to the "law", people’s free will realize itself in the "Law", and the freedom of human can be protected. So this "law" not only refers to the law, but also refers to a sort of regime.
