With the rapid development of Chinese international education,the number of TCSL teachers especially the novice teachers has increased.The issue of novice teachers’professional development has attracts more and more attention. There are some studies of comparing teaching behaviors of novice teachers and experienced teachers.Based on these studies,using the methods of classroom recoding,questionaires,interviews,this paper analyzes about 900 minutes’classroom records of three novice teachers and three experienced teachers.After taking transcript of the records and studing the records,this paper makes comparisons of novice teachers and experienced teachers from the perspectives of postive feedback,negative feedback and insructional directives.In consideration of the problems of the novice teachers,this paper gives some corresponding suggestion to help them develop their expertise.
