Psychological empowerment is a complex of psychological states and cognition, which have become the research focus of organizational behavior. In all outcome variables about psychological empowerment, the relationship between psychological empowerment and job performance draw the highest attention. But in China mainland, the measure instruments of psychological empowerment have their own flaws, thus it is important to develop a scientific and normative psychological empowerment questionnaire and retest the psychological empowerment on the base of it.This research mainly explores the relationship between psychological empowerment and job performance and their internal mechanisms from psychological empowerment of employees,and discusses job satisfaction and organizational justice multiple mediation effect between psychological empowerment and job performance. The study mainly adopted the methods of questionnaires, including web questionnaires survey and field questionnaires survey.Conclusions are as follows:Conclusion 1, Employees’ psychological empowerment has significant differences on gender, enterprise nature and years of working, but no significant differences on education background.Conclusion 2, Psychological empowerment, work value, competence, control and psychological behavior and job performance significantly related each other.Conclusion 3, Psychological empowerment, job performance, job satisfaction and organizational justice significantly related each other.Conclusion 4, Regression analysis demonstrates that job satisfaction act as the mediator between psychological empowerment and job performance.Conclusion 5, Regression analysis demonstrates that organizational justice act as the mediator between psychological empowerment and job performance.Conclusion 6, Job satisfaction and organizational justice play a multiple mediating role between psychological empowerment and job performance.
