Organizational identification is a special form of social identity, and is in consistent with theorganization or is subordinate to the organization's perception. It reflects the degree of identical between thecharacteristics of the organization defined by the number and the characteristics of themselves, or thecoincidence degree of the self-identity and organizational identity perceived by the number. By promotingthe level of the organizational identification of the employees' towards their organization, thus theemployees' job satisfaction can be improved, so does the performance.This paper mainly discusses the organizational identification and related issues by using theliterature analysis method, questionnaire method and other research methods. This study contains threeparts:(1) the relationship between organizational identification and life satisfaction.(2) the relationshipbetween the organizational identification and job performance.(3) the intermediary role of work-familyconflict played in the organizational identity and life satisfaction. Through the three months' follow-upinvestigations towards the400employees of Zhengzhou Railway Depot, the situation of the employees'level of the organizational identification, work-family conflict and life satisfaction were collected. Inaddition, the survey also collected the performance data of the400employees by the way of evaluationfrom their leaders. Afterwards, by means of variance analysis, independent sample T–test, correlationanalysis, structural equation modeling and other statistical analysis techniques, the study can draw thefollowing conclusions:Firstly: Through the analysis of variance and independent sample t-test results of organizationson the different demographic characteristics, the study demonstrates that:(1) There were significantdifferences on the level of organizational identification of the employees with different gender.(2) Therewere slight differences on the level of organizational identification of the employees with different ages,different levels of education, different marital status and different work experience.Secondly: Through the study of the organizational identification, work-family conflict, lifesatisfaction, performance of the correlation analysis, the study revealed that the correlation between theorganizational identification and job performance has reached to the edge of a significant magnitude. And the organizational identification and employees' life satisfaction are positively correlated.Thirdly: Via the intermediary role of work-family conflict, the organizational identity can makea dual effect on the life satisfaction of the employees. It may have a positive effect, and also a negativeeffect. Via the intermediary role of work-family conflict, it can also exert positive effect towards theperformance of the stuff.Finally, the author summarized the drawbacks of this study and did perspective works for thisresearch. Meanwhile, the author also put forwards some expectations for future study.
