With the rapid development of modern society,enterprises rely on advanced hardware facilities to compete without any obvious advantages in the market economy.In recent years,the phenomenon of competition for talents among Chinese enterprises has caused a large number of high-quality talents to invade.Therefore,many companies need to solve the problem is how to achieve the efficient use of talent and how to create high profits.Some studies have found that employees' growth environment,cultural influence,and personality traits may cause differences in organizational identification.The differences are ultimately manifested in individual job satisfaction and job performance.In general,companies are more likely to expect employees with positive work attitudes and more efficient work performance.However,they often experience a huge gap between “ideal is full and reality is very edgy”.Therefore,the necessary means to increase employees' job satisfaction and job performance is to increase their enthusiasm and subjective well-being in the work process.However,existing studies often analyze the phenomenon from the perspective of managers,neglecting to study this phenomenon from the perspective of employees.This study sorts out the relevant literature on organizational identification,subjective well-being,job satisfaction and job performance.This study adopted a random sampling method,taking the 530 employees of a state-owned telecommunications enterprise in Anyang City,Henan Province as study participants.Employees were surveyed through questionnaires,using an organizational identification questionnaire,a life satisfaction scale,a work performance scale,and a job satisfaction index scale.The study used SPSS20.0 for data processing.The specific statistical methods used were descriptive statistics,independent sample t-test,ANOVA,correlation analysis,regression analysis,and Bootstrap.The study found:(1)There are demographic differences in organizational identification,subjective well-being,job satisfaction and job performance.(2)Organizational identification has a significant positive predictive effect on subjective well-being.(3)Job Satisfaction plays a complete mediate role in the impact of organizational identification on subjective well-being.(4)Organizational identification has a significant positive predictive effect on job performance.(5)Job Satisfaction plays a part of mediate role in the impact of organizational identification on mission performance.
