The Study On The Transcendence Of Huang Yaomian’s Literary Thoughts

Huang Yaomian is an important aesthetician of China, and he is well known as one of the sponsors in the 50 s of the 20 th century aesthetics discussion. Huang Yaomian’s career can be divided into two parts: before liberation and after liberation. Before liberation, Huang Yaomian’s view on art was swinging between the independence of literature and the politics of literature. Both the quality and quantity of Huang Yaomian’s theses had reached the peak of his career when he was teaching in Beijing Normal University after liberation.Although Huang Yaomian keeps studying all his life, it is obvious that Huang Yaomian’s thoughts have not received enough attention. The reasons can be concluded as two aspects. Firstly, as an aesthetician, Huang Yaomian was badly influenced by the special period of time, and could not get rid of the constraints of time; Secondly, Huang Yaomian had lost the right of personal liberty in 1957 after being divided into the right side incorrectlyIn order to find out Huang Yaomian’s contribution in the field of literature, this paper try to analyze the transcendence of Huang Yaomian’s literary thoughts from three aspects, including the subjectivity of literature、narratology and the theories about living and practicing.
