On The Construction Of Socialist Culture With Chinese Characteristics

As the spiritual realm of human practical activity, culture is the symbol of the civilization of human development. It has a huge reaction to the social reality by providing the intelligence support and power guarantee for people’s practice. Today, culture has become an important means to show the strength of each country. Which makes cultural construction becomes an important way to enhance the soft power of the country. since the founding of new China, from Chairmen Mao Zedong to Chairmen Xi Jinping, the Communist Party of China attaches great importance to cultural construction, and has achieved fruitful results. However, due to the limitations of internal and external conditions, the cons truction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics still exists some problems. In view of the strategic significance of socialist cultural construction in the overall layout of socialism,to promote the reformation of the cultural system, and make the necessary theoretical research and practical exploration is not only for theoretical significance, but also for the urgent need of reality.Based on this, this paper insists on the problem consciousness, and discusses how to furtherly improve the socialist cultural construction with Chinese characteristics and promote the development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.In addition to the introduction and some basic concepts, this paper mainly consists of three parts. The first part mainly combs and summarizes the inner experience since the founding of the Communist Party of China. The second part focuses on the cultural construction of our country including overall national scientific and cultural qualities, moral and political quality and legal’s quality unevenness and culture security. The last part, based on the first part and the second part, mainly aims at the problems and causes of the socialist culture construction and the successful experience of the Chinese Communist Party and put forward the concrete countermeasures of China’s cultural construction in the new era.
