The Construction And Management Of Rural Community Culture Under The Background Of New Urbanization

In the recent years, China’s rapid urbanization process attracted worldwide attention. In the end of 2015, China’s urbanization rate has reached 56.1%. In order to manage the next wave of urbanization well and solve the problems that appeared during the traditional urbanization process, "new urbanization" thus come. In this paper, author takes Shanghai Jinshan Distract Zhangyan town as a typical example,analysis on the useful experience, problems and causes of the rural community culture construction and management community governance theory.Introduction section of this article first proposed the research background and significance of this topic, with an emphasis on current research literature summarized and analyzed.Text of this paper is divided into four chapters.The content of the first chapter includes related concepts and theoretical basis. Then new requirements of rural community culture construction and management under the new urbanization background are put forward according to the theory of community governance.The content of the second chapter is about the construction and management of rural community culture of zhangyan town. Then analyzing useful experience of zhangyan town by the theory of community governance.The content of the third chapter includes the problems and causes of rural community culture construction and management during the process of new urbanization. And the last chapter gives some methods about how to construct and manage rural community culture under the background of the new urbanization by the theory of community governance.
