Research On Problems Of The Protection And Development Management Of The Ancient City In The Development Of Jieyang

Jieyang, a long history of eastern ancient town, is the first batch of historical and cultural city of Guangdong Province, has deep historical details and rich cultural connotation. With a rich characteristic, the city function of Jieyang has been stable for a long time, and it is a coastal city which hasn’t received too much attention from society in China. With the development of new-type urbanization, the contradiction between urban development and historical and cultural city protection becomes more and more prominent, and many long-term precipitation and accumulation of historical and cultural heritage have rapid disappeared in urban redevelopment.Establishing China’s famous historical and cultural city, is better benefit for extending the history of the city, showing the characteristics of Lingnan Shuicheng, promoting the quality of civic-culture, and then promoting the development of cultural industries, and building up Jieyang’s cultural brand, enhancing the soft power of city culture, which is the realistic need and inevitable choice in Jieyang to build a strong economic city and the area of good governance in the eastern,and is also the important and urgent problem that need to be addressed in preservation and development of the Jieyang ancient city.The thesis take the ancient city of Jieyang as the research object, survey of it’s historical and cultural resources protection and development of status, and point out the problems existing in the protection and construction of ancient city. By using government, market and social three major of operating mechanism of public management to analyze the causes of the problem, from the aspects of building the new mechanism of multi-agent cooperative protection supervision and development and utilization, and exploring the use of the new model of Public-Private Partnership,which proposing the countermeasures to promote create China’s famous historical and cultural city and urban sustainable development.The research findings of this thesis which have certain targeted and innovation, it is very useful and valuable for Jieyang to the creation of China‘s historical and cultural city, and have certain enlightenment to the development of the ancient city of Jieyang in the future.
