Faced with an increasingly competitive environment, and slowing growth in China’s economic environment, companies want to maintain growth and dynamism in this case, innovation is unavoidable topic. The poor are changed, change the pass, General long. Subordinates’ creative is the basis for innovation, only innovation capability of employees, companies will have endless vitality. Leadership style is the impact of innovation is an important factor. This study selected the charismatic leadership style that perspective, examine its impact on employee behavior mechanism innovation, selected psychological empowerment as an intermediary variable Leader-member exchange as the moderator. In this study, the self charismatic leadership questionnaire Chinese cultural context, and then make their own theoretical assumptions and models based on the relevant literature, and finally through questionnaires, treatment and recovery data, the following conclusions: 1. Charismatic leadership in the Chinese context is a multi-dimensional structure, including the expression of a vision, an example for moral, keen and pragmatic, personal care and personal adventure five dimensions. 2. Charismatic leadership and subordinates’ creative behavior was positively off. 3. Charismatic leadership and psychological empowerment was positively correlated. 4.the positive impact of psychological authorized subordinates’ creative behavior. 5. Psychological empowerment between charismatic leadership and subordinates’ creative behavior partially mediated. 6. Leader- member exchange relationship between charismatic leadership and subordinates’ creative behaviors regulatory role. 7. Demographic differences: the charismatic leadership does not exist significant differences in gender; there are significant differences in age and education.
