Thinking dominates language, language is a reflection of the mind. The Uygur and Chinese thinking determines the Uygur and Chinese thinking different features of the two languages. In this paper, through the discussion of characteristics of the Uygur and Chinese thinking, only by its abstractness and iconicity, curve and linear characteristics, the differences between the secular and religious, deduce the Uygur and Chinese thinking differences in language reflect the thinking mode, and on this basis has carried on the analysis of the three conditions, namely: when thinking the same, same cultural imagery, when thinking the same, not at the same time, cultural imagery and when mind is different, cultural image phase at the same time,translation strategy and method adopted by the paper using the American translation theorist, Laurence Venuti’s translation strategies(foreignizing and domesticating translation) and translation methods for translation analysis, finally shows the differences of thinking has a great impact on language and translation.
