In recent years, people gradually realize the importance of overseas Chinese for the research of Chinese education, and the research achievements have been emerging. Xinjiang bordering on Kazakhstan,Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and other eight countries, is located in Central Asia. People always make exchange and migration with each other of Xinjiang and neighboring countries in history. Therefore in Central Asia there are many minorities of overseas Chinese of ethnic minority from Xinjiang province. In the 21 st century, China’s overall national strength has risen by a big margin, here are more and more overseas Chinese of ethnic minority choose learning Chinese language with the development of Chinese education. With the empirical research on the overseas Chinese students in the Chinese education base of Xinjiang Normal University, to analyze the differences of Chinese identity between the students of overseas Chinese in Xinjiang Province before and after receive Chinese Education, it is found that Chinese education has a certain influence on the Chinese identity. The main factors that affected and produced change are the communication mode of Chinese education, the time of Chinese education and students’ Chinese level and so on. According to the results of the research and analysis, the paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures of Chinese education that enhance the Chinese identity of overseas Chinese of ethnic minority from Xinjiang province. Perfect the course-setting of the Culture teaching course, strengthen the training of teachers’ professional skills, with the help of the Chinese minority students, play a positive impact on the role of economy to promote, carry out the construction of Chinese cultural activities on campus, in order to serve the long-term development of Chinese education and the construction of Chinese identity.
