The existential sentence is a particular type of sentence structure in Chinese which often expresses the existence or location of persons, animals, things or ideas. Since the master piece MASHIWENTONG that was written by Ma Jianzhong(Feb.1845-Aug.1900) has been published, the existential sentence has being a hot topic of Chinese linguistic researches. Using the existential sentence of Chinese language as the second-linguistic teaching and researching methods is only interested by few people. This thesis is based on the research status of Chinese language which is used by Chinese teachers in a second-linguistic teaching activity or the researching method. Foreign students who from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan are the research objects in this article. By analyzing the results of the questionnaires, comparing intermedium languages and concerned language materials, I sincerely hope that I could offer some advice on teaching strategy and daily teaching activities so as to help teachers improve their teachingskills and to aid students increase their communicative abilities.According to the results of previous studies on existential sentences, we can divide them into eight categories(types). The questionnaires which combined with presentational pictures and phrases are tested by international students who are from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. The test results show that they could not acquire the other six sentence types except the following types:Type: A--the sentence type like: Verb+了(the verb in this kind of sentence is basically an action verb)Type: B--the sentence type like: something disappeared…Acquisition of the other six existential sentences could be improved enormously under the help of teachers. This difference is expressed by the characteristics of their mother tongues and Russian. They compare their mother tongues, Russian with Chinese inflexibly.
