Preventing And Handling The Urban Mass Incidents By The Research Technique Of Value-added Theory

With the deepening of political structure and economic system reform, China’s economic,political,social and people’s livelihood areas of development have gained considerable,however, in the development process is accompanied by some notes of discord. In recent years, urban mass incidents show multiple frequency trends, seriously affected the unity of our society,at the same time,having a great negative effects on building a socialist harmonious society. How to prevent and correct disposal of urban mass incidents is a need to discuss and study the theory and practical issues.In this paper, combining political science, management and sociology theories, using value-added theory as a specific analysis tool.Making depth discussion of the definition of urban mass incidents, types, characteristics, incentives, and the government in the prevention and disposal of the urban mass incidents difficulties faced,and put forward countermeasure about prevention, disposal and rehabilitation of urban mass incidents.This paper is divided into five parts:"Introduction" is the first part of this article.This section briefly describes the topics reason, significance, research status, and state the main contents of this article and research methods.The second part summarize the urban mass incidents. First, the definition of group incidents of urban basic concept and main features of the urban event.Second, based on the causes, characteristics and participal parts,the urban mass incidents are classified.At last, combining actual conditions, making analysis of the current events of urban mass showed features.The third part use value-added theory as a specific analysis tool,making depth discussion of the events of the various urban groups predisposing factor.First,from the economic, political, social, cultural, space the five different perspectives,analysis of structural incentives for urban mass incidents. Second, discuss the details of urban mass incidents in concrete expression of the structural tension. Third, discuss the formation and development of the general belief of the public. Fourth, the combination of the trigger factors related case that "fuse"incident has been studied. Fifth, the level of mobilization from the operation of urban mass incidents were analyzed to upgrade and expand. Finally, the operational level of social control conducted in-depth discussion of theory and reality,profound analysis of the prevention and disposal of our government on urban mass incidents faced many difficulties and problems.The fourth part is about the prevention and disposal of countermeasures on urban mass incidents.
