A Study On The Theoretical Contributions And Contemporary Values Of Mao Zedong’s Ten Major Relations

On the ten major relations was one of the landmark writings in China’s exploration of thesocialist path. It was composed by Mao Zedong along his ideological line of seeking truthfrom facts, on the basis of investigation and practice, and with reference to relevant Marxisttheories. The ten contradictory relations along with solutions in the construction of socialistmodernization in China that Mao Zedong creatively put forward in this writing, and especiallythe innovative thoughts contained in them was theoretically distinguished. In today’s view, itis of great theoretical and practical significance, thus bearing vital guiding value toconstructing the socialist harmonious society and handling the development with overallconsiderations.This thesis is mainly divided into three chapters. Chapter1, based on analysis to certainextent, is engaged in the interpretation of On Ten Major Relations on dimensions of historicalcontexts, theoretical origins and practical foundations. Chapter3focuses on theenlightenments that could be drawn from On Ten Major Relation, which is to a certain degreeevaluated on theoretical and practical aspects, mainly according to investigations into theoriespertaining to construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and implementation of thesocialist harmonious society.The Innovations are mainly as below.
