The Alienation Of Labor And Employment Labor

In the philosophy of Max’s social development, human being is the total embodiment of all social relationship, and more is an important axis of the social development, which is reflected from human’s main body status of both cognition and evaluation in social development. The freedom and liberation of human being is the basis and standards of social development. Among all kinds of social relations, the labor relation is the most basic one. And the labor relation of human being is mostly reflected in the recognization and prospect of society for human being. However, the hope to the prospect of human society is in fact a process of thinking over and exploring the liberation of human being。 And the liberation of proletariat, in nature, is the liberation of the so-called labor forces, which is, in essence, the universalization of labor forces, in another word, all the social members with normal ability to work are laborers resulting to the elimination of classical antagonism between employers and employees. However, the reality of modern capitalist society is that the main body of labor, workers, is still in the state of being oppressed, exploited, enslaved. It can be inferred that the liberation of modern proletariat must focus on the liberation of labor. Based on the two closely related labor modes--the alienation of labor and wage labor, Max makes an elaboration and argument to the survival situation of proletariat.The author think that the Alienated labor includes two forms:individuals being the slaver of others and individual being the slaver of their own due to their own despicable purpose. In terms of production, development or demise, the alienated labor pr-exists the wage labor, which only includes the former form of alienated labor, and is the result of the extremity of alienated labor. Apparently, the two kinds of labor both can be inevitably found in capitalist society, which is decided by the private ownership of capitalist society, while in the primary stage of socialism in China, the alienated labor can be also found but in nature are different from that in capitalist society, which decided by the special circumstances of the diverse forms of ownership. Meanwhile, owing to the special circumstances in the primary stage of socialism, this type of labor will exist for a certain long period and can not be eliminated immediately.The unique characteristics of modern society determines that the existence of labor and wage labor is not a coincidence but an inevitable phenomenon, which will lead to the situation that people would not be fully free and get comprehensive development. So it needs to be pondered and effective measures should be taken to minimize labor slavery, exploitation. In order to achieve human freedom and comprehensive development, the alienation and wage labor should be gradually abandoned, which requires high development of future society. And the communist society is a highly developed society, which is the inevitable trend for the elimination of the two types of labor. In future, human beings are bound to get full and free development, and can freely dispose of their time and achieve their own self-realization.
