Marx’s Labor Liberation Theory And Its Contemporary Value

Work becomes the primary need of human life, the future communist society envisaged by Marx and Engels one of the basic characteristics of human labor the final form of human society, diligently continuing to pursue the objective of the struggle. This paper tries to analyze the liberation of Marx’s labor theory to explore its ideological content, as well as practical significance of our society.The first part of the introduction of clear and concise introduction to the topics and the subject of the thesis research status and significance.The second part described the formation of labor liberation theory focuses on the labor theory of Marx and alienation. In this section, "labor" in the proposition, "Emancipation of Labour" has the meaning analysis and definition. On this basis, on the liberation connotation of labor and labor liberation theory formation process.The third part described the labor content of liberation theory. In this section, the first clearly defined the liberation of labor at two levels:the natural level of labor emancipation and liberation of the social dimension of labor. Second on the relationship between labor liberation and human emancipation, further illustrate the significance and importance of the labor liberation. We should be respect for labor in the labor field, to protect labor and the effective expansion of employment, to maintain the honor and dignity of workers, more workers can enjoy labor rights.
