Research On The Government Portal Website Of HuNan Province Development Countermeasure

In order to meet the international competition and challenges of the knowledge economy much better, government websites, a service-orientated government as a key development strategy will be constructed by the governments of different countries. All about it is to improve the efficiency, transparency, capacity services and to reduce the cost operation of the governments.In this paper, the special research web portal of Hunan Provincial Government will be conducted. It will promote the reform of local politics, the government information, the service-orientated government, the construction of all levels of the government web portal in Hunan. It will also play a significant role in the construction of resource-saving, envirionment-friendly society and Digital Hunan.This article consists of four chapters. It introduces the study of background, purpose, content and significance in chapter 1. The second chapter is the necessity and importance of the development of the provincial government web portal. It describes the theoretical basis and related definition.It shows the significance, role from the information disclosure and interaction, etc. Chapter 3 summarizes the achievements of the government portal website of Hunan Province,then sets out each of the problems and cause analysis in construction site. The 4th one is based on the 2nd,3rd chapter, it puts forward the specific measures on the management system, standards, and functional definitions, etc. It emphasizes the need to establish a people-oriented service concept, strives for the national first-class government portal in the information disclosure, work online, interaction and promotional display, etc, it highlights the one-stop service function, so as to create a user-centric, service-oriented government.
