It is think that the mode of rural mutual pension is an complete set of operationmechanism and structure of theoretical generalization about the rural endowment in transitionstage from the family pension mode to the relevant social endowment mode, by way ofmutual transfer the rural endowment resources are implemented. Under the condition of thecurrent social and economic development, the pension pattern is to adapt to the rural socialtransformation in China. This model should be conform to the reality of social transformationat the same time also can realize the effective integration of traditional rural social capital andmodern social capital, thus to solve the problem of rural old-age facing at present stage and tobuild a medium platform.on the other hand, the author made the field research on the presentdevelopment situation, operation mechanism, characteristics and effect of mutual happiness hospital in Fei Xiang He Bei which started relatively earlier, develop more mature and takethe lead in realizing a complete coverage of the throughout the country. Through systemanalysis of the advantages and feasibility of the promotion and the existing problems atpresent stage, the author found that no matter from the regional cultural background that ruralmutual endowment patterns produced, the body of the endowment of resources, and thespecific operation mechanism, or from its effect whether can meet the demand of the elderly,rural mutual endowment pattern has positive promotion value and feasibility. But at the sametime this pension mode still exist some problems in the concrete process of the operation, forexample, it relies seriously on the government; government intervention is excessive; Lack ofmain body of capital; Service orientation is not accurate; The lack of professional guidancefor the old man’s self-service ability.
