| Fighting against corruption effectively and building a clean and honest governmentare the goals for the world’s ruling parties to strive diligently. As a political party onbehalf of the proletariats, the communist party of China has always highlighted itsanti-corruption work. Since the founding of PRC, the party has established a consistentstrategy to be against corruption based on its various situations and missions in differentperiods and it also has gained great achievements. Based on the relevant concepts with theanti-corruption strategy, this paper reviews the evolution of the anti-corruption strategysince1949, obtains its characteristics and analyzes its shortcomings and problems. Then,the paper put forward some suggestions to improve the party’s current anti-corruptionstrategy to make its struggle move ahead smoothly.The preface analyses the development trend of the research based on its purposeand significance and its existing analysis. The structure of the text is organized specificallyand logically as follows:The first chapter introduces the relative concepts of anti-corruption strategy andtheir interrelations on the whole. It briefly summarizes its concepts, objectives andconstruction principles. On the basis of the punishment and the prevention strategy’smeaning, condition and methods of implementation, the paper compare the two strategies.It points out that under the circumstance of endless corruption, each of both can not beneglected and each one should also be stressed according to different characteristics ofdifferent stages.Chapter II reviews its anti-corruption strategy conducted by the CPC since1949. Itsevolution trace can be divided into six stages. Then, based on the analysis of itsanti-corruption strategy’s characteristics, the chapter summarizes its explored experiences:it must attach great importance of the punishment strategy and the prevention strategy, andemphasize the one of them according to different stage’s characteristics; it must rely onthe system’s construction to form an effective mechanism; it must establish a long-termstrategy through the rational layout and gradual planning to boost the continuous improvement of anti-corruption; it must comply with the requirements of the times toadapt to the development process of politics, economy, culture and society through reformand innovation.Chapter Ⅲ anticipates the future development of the anti-corruption strategywhich is also the research focus and purpose of the subject. Mainly from the morepunishment, improve the effectiveness of prevention, to further clarify the responsibility tostrengthen anti-corruption, four aspects of work style building is forecasted, believes thatthe future of the party will punish put in a more prominent position, with zero tolerance ofcorruption attitude, efforts to increase the punishment of corruption cases, keep thepressure up to punish corruption it will begin; to enhance the effectiveness of preventionfrom the aspects of education, system, supervision; will inherit and carry forward theparty’s fine tradition and style, style construction to increase. |
