| Since ancient times, harmonious society is considered an ideal state of human society,countless people struggle and pursuit to achieve the goal of harmonious society. Currently,building a socialist harmonious society has become the goal of our party and the country, andit also has become the guidelines and general policy to leading reform and opening up and thesocial development.In people’s ideas, the realization of the ideal of harmonious society is always closelylinked to the construction of the "rule of law". For a long time,"rule of law" has beenregarded as the only and fundamental path to realize the harmonious society. In fact, build aharmonious socialist society must adhere to the fundamental principle of the "rule of virtue",In other words, the realization of the socialist harmonious society and the governance modelof constructing a virtue society should combine together closely.In this paper, by combing various periods of ancient and modern "rule of law" thoughtand combined with the reality of the "rule of law" mode of western developed countries, wefind the limitations of "rule of law" model and put forward the thought of rule by virtue, wealso discuss its rationality and necessity by analyzing the important role in construction ofsocialist harmonious society. Secondly, deeply compare and analyze the differences andinternal relations among in the governance model of rule of virtue,"rule of law" and thetraditional society. In this part, we propose that we should encourage the "rule of virtue" and itis not simply reject or abandon the "rule of law", but beyond the traditional the mode of "ruleof law". At the same time, we show that the unity between "rule of virtue" and "rule of law"can be achieved only in the mode of socialism. Thirdly, by analyzing the drawbacks that bringby lack of morality in many areas of society today, we put forward the correspondingcountermeasures to promote the realizationof rule of socialism virtue. |
