Study On Institution Ethics Of A Socialist Hamonious Society

Institution is a fundamental arrangement in the economical, political, cultural life of human society. Institution's establishment and effective operation is the key of development of society. However not all institutions are effective, and not all institutions' arrangements can play a positive role. Then, what factors affect and restrict people's system choice, decide system's efficiency? This is a quite complex question, involving the productive force level of development, the change of essential value factors in institutions, as well as the cultural tradition, and so on. Among them, people's institution values and their social ethics standard, namely institution ethics, is very important restrictive factor. The given system always is based on the given institution values. The effective operation of system relies on institution ethics restraint. Without unreasonable institution values, the effective institution cannot appear,without the perfect institution ethics standard, the institution does not operate effectively .The discussion of institution ethics has becomes hot spots of society. Based on constructing the socialism harmonious society,this paper attempts to seek the moral way of creating harmonious society through discussing the institution ethics. This paper starts as conceptual analysis, looks at each concept regarding as the premise of analysis and the relation-ship between them. After that, it sorts out institution ethics thought of both ancient and modern society. Furthermore, it analyzes and researches institution ethics thoroughly. Institution ethics includes three interdependent elements: one, ethical pursuits and value judgment in institution; two, ethic evaluation of the institution; three is ethical spirit and ethic principles institutionalization in a harmonious socialist society.
