Public administrative science in the west has more than one hundred years of history, andpublic administration philosophy is still in its infant stage. The meaning of the study of publicadministration philosophy is for public administration study to lay the theoretical foundation, thewestern public administrative philosophy theories multifarious, reveals the common aspect, hasthe reference value. Public administration philosophy under the premise that has been approved,the first is that it involves several important category, the concept of western publicadministrative philosophy reveals, analyze its relationship with the public administration study,on the development path and the basic framework of analysis, to form the overall schema;Reveals the core of western administrative philosophy category, basic category, from thecategory system deepening the understanding of the subject system of direct publicadministration philosophy, at the level of the in-depth analysis of the main theories ofcontemporary western public administration philosophy, namely, administrative philosophy ofnew liberalism, communitarianism administrative philosophy, the new republicanismadministrative philosophy and postmodern philosophy. These forms are based on the basis of thetheory, to reveal the ideological points different between them, in order to further analyze theeffect of public administration philosophy change public administration to lay the basicperspective; In the concrete analysis of party political ideology and public administrative reformorientation relationship, it is concluded that the public administration philosophy and theinteraction between public administration’s basic conclusion.
