The Research On IPR Cooperation Model Building In FTA Negotiation Among China, Japan And South Korea

With the rapidly development of the world economic globalization, the regionalorganizations of economic integration increased significantly. At present,90%WTOmember countries joined in the regional economic organizations in different extent.The increasing European Union’s memberships, the southward expansion of NAFTA(North America Free Trade Area) and deeply regional cooperation of ASEAN (theAssociation of South-East Asian Nations) make China、Japan&Korea, as importanteconomic entities closely tied with East Asia’s economy, realize the importance andurgency of establishing the multilateral regional economic organization. Under thecurrent complicated and changeable international situation, the necessity of startingFTA negotiations of China, Japan and South Korea highlights day by day. In addition,the outburst of Financial Crisis in Asia and the Global Financial Crisis furtherintensified the Consistency of thinking of FTA negotiations of these three countries.With the building of FTA among China, Japan and South Korea, the financialcooperation certainly will increasingly close. The start-up of European MonetaryUnion and the Latin American Dollarization Process provides the successfulreference. Therefore, as the most vigorous development countries in Northeast Asia,China, Japan and South Korea should conform to the historical trend of the time todiscuss the probability of financial cooperation and study the financial cooperationmodel in FTA Negotiation, further promote the process of integration of regionaleconomic cooperation.The essay is the study about cooperative mechanism of intellectual propertyunder the FTA.
