Research On Psychological Characteristics And Interrogation Countermeasures Of Female Drug Trafficking Suspects

Drug trafficking is one of the main charges in narcotics crime.In the interrogation,the suspect of such cases is difficult to break through,which has always been a hot topic of scholars.And the female criminal suspects have their own unique psychological characteristics.Therefore,the interrogation methods should be different from that of male suspects.This paper uses Eysenck personality scale and self-made questionnaires to measure the personality characteristics of female drug trafficking suspects and analyze the types of related questions they care about in the confession.On this basis,combined with the theory of interrogation,the article is about to formulate pertinent countermeasures for female criminal interrogation,hoping to provide some feasible ways for investigators to interrogate female suspects in drug trafficking cases.This paper is mainly divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,including the definition of drug trafficking crime,research background,literature review,research methods,research ideas and innovations.In terms of research methods,EPQ-RSC scale and self-made questionnaires are used for this study.The significance of the study is mainly reflected in the scientific and precise way to obtain interrogation strategies for female drug trafficking suspects and solve the problems in interrogation practice.The second chapter is investigation on the current situation of female drug trafficking cases,including the related characteristics of female drug trafficking cases and the problems of interviewers faced.Through self-made questionnaires,the demographic characteristics of female prisoners who are involved in drug trafficking in prison are counted,and the status quo and predicament of the female suspects in the crime of drug trafficking are concretely investigated in practice.The third chapter is the psychological analysis of female drug trafficking suspects,which is the core part of this study,including theoretical basis,research process and research conclusions.This study is based on the Eysenck Personality Theory in psychology,which roughly depicts a person’s stable personality from four dimensions.The study found that female suspects’ emotion of drug trafficking is unstable,and the ratio of typical introversion and typical extroversion is relatively prominent.There are more people with depression,cholic and mucinous.Meanwhile,they have obvious concerns about family,and believe in evidence and law.They are more disgusted with the high pressing environment and the harsh attitude of police.The fourth chapter is about the countermeasures of investigating and interrogating female drug trafficking suspects,including the preparation before questioning,the choice of interrogation methods and the matters to avoid in interrogation discourse.Before interrogation,investigators should analyze the case and pay attention to the psychological characteristics of female criminal suspects.In the selection of interrogation methods,investigators should pay attention to interrogation methods which include emotional influence,rational use of evidence and guide them to show solicitude for future.At the same time,they should avoid the content of interrogation discourse being too false,the tone being too harsh and the attitude being too rough.
