Community informatization is the process of development and utilization of theinformation related to the management, service, education and business in thecommunity, by which the information would be exchanged among the habitants, thecommunity, the property, the government and the enterprises.. It would be realizedthrough the modern internet technology. Community informatization focuses onproviding more convenient, secure and overall public information service andcommercial services for habitants in urban communities.Compared to the traditional governmental public information service platform,network information technology is supposed to be used as a tool to improve theworking efficiency, promote management innovation and combine real communityand virtual network organically together, so it can improve self-governance degreeamong the community habitants and make the relationship among the habitants,community and government be more closer.The paper selects F Company as example. After discussing how F grows up asone leading enterprise in community information, which owns thousands ofcomprehensive community information service platforms in tens of cities in thewhole country, by vast investing in facilities in community information andcommunity network marketing. Then the paper evaluates the operation system ofInternet community program, some problems are found in the area of internalmanagement, market prospects and technological innovation. Finally, severalsuggestions are submitted to solve the problems respectively.
