| Currently,developing life-long education and building a learning society have become a common consensus among people.Community education is an indispensable link in the process of building life-long education system in China,and the informatization construction of community education is the inevitable trend of the development of community education,which is deeply valued by the Party and the state.China’s Education Modernization 2035 and the 14th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of Urban and Rural Community Service System have successively proposed to vigorously develop community education and constantly strengthen informatization construction.In the process of informatization construction of community education in China,the government is still in the leading position.Based on this background,the thesis takes Wuxi as an example,adopts the methods of literature research,survey and interview to comb the current situation of informatization of community education in Wuxi and summarizes the following problems.First,the governance structure is single,the government is both the "helmsman" and the "oarsman",and diversified forces such as the market and social organizations are weak.Second,the management system is disorganized,the relationship between various departments is difficult to coordinate,and the boundaries between powers and responsibilities are blurred.Third,the lack of legal support,"there is no fundamental law to follow,and the regional law is difficult to follow".Fourth,the allocation of resources is not in place,low integration and sharing of resources.The main causes are the rigidity of government management system,unclear role and authority,cognitive deviation and lack of consensus.Through analysis and research,the thesis puts forward the following countermeasures for the domestic and foreign governments’ experience in developing the informatization construction of community education:first,construct a multi-element governance structure to stimulate the subjective initiative of multi-forces.The second is to innovate the management system of the government and construct a leading mechanism with unified authority within the government.Third,to speed up the construction of community education informationization legal system,to achieve a law-based.Fourth,we will increase input of resources and complete the government’s long-term guarantee.From the perspective of multi-center governance,the thesis studies the problems and countermeasures in the development of community education informatization in Wuxi.The research conclusions can provide a certain degree of reference for the development of community education informatization in other cities in China. |
