The historical issues have constantly resurged in Sino-Japanese forward pathsince Japanese right-wing tampered with textbooks in1980s.The British andAmerican scholars have different research results on the Chinese government’s policytoward Japan, the reasons for the recurrent historical issues, their own standpoint ofpolicy recommendations,and the unique peace research perspective. In this regard,this article will explored them with theoretical perspective, focused on the differentcognitions between Chinese scholars and the British and American scholars onSino-Japanese historical issues, in-depth knowledge of the third-party analysis,enhancing the scrutiny of the crux of the Sino-Japanese history through multipleperspectives, to avoid "preconceived, act emotional." While seeking understandingand support of the international community, to build a platform to solve the problemin Sino-Japanese historical issue.
