The Sino-Japanese relations can be described as a cyclicle flucation since the establishment of diplomatic ties between two countries in 1972,infucencing by a different recogniton between Chinese and Japanese government towards the history of world war?.Especially after 1990 s,Japanese prime ministers and officials worshipped the Yasukuni War shrine and Japan government revised the history textbooks and denied the aggressive war against China.Japanese government's actions had harmed the emotion of Chinese people and had influenced the political relations between two countries. However, since 1980 s the Chinese government had focused on the economic development, economic interactions had never been cut off because of the political contradictions.Till 2010 the contradictions over Diaoyu Islands become so firce that the relations between the two countries were at its lowest since 1972.Why are the Sino-Japanese relations so completed and fluctuate time and again? The author thinks that although the normalization of between the two countries was reached through diplomatic negotiations in 1970 s,the diferent recognition towards historical problems and disputes over territory are the fundamental reasons behind the completed and fluctuated relations between China and Japan. From the perspective of constructivism, good interactions are important to devolep and improve relations.Chinese government had put forward the dichotomies of Japn government and Japanese people to adopt different policies and attitudes towards Japan government and Japanese people.Indeed the dichotomies had played a very important factor in reestablishing two countries relations. But it also has its limitations especially in nowadays the seperations would do little help in changing Japanese recognitions towards historical and territorial issues.
