Research On The Dissemination Of Public Opinion Based On "changchun Baby" Network Emergencies

With the rapid development of Internet in China, the network has alreadybecome indispensable in the modern life as an important component, and with theeconomic society developing after reforming and opening up, some negative effectsare admitted while the economy is developing, and thus resulting the frequentnetwork emergencies, so that network public opinion of network emergencies hasbecome a serious problem that can not be ignored. The network public opinion of"Changchun baby" network emergencies is the main object of this study. Bycollecting the information transmission data of the report about "Changchun baby"network emergencies and taking it as the basis of empirical research, the patterns ofpublic opinion transmission by the theory of Social Net Analysis/’km k ‘(SNA) arestudied. The research results are more theoretical stringency for supporting data andmodels, and as aspect of the theory, quantitative study is abundant. Then by learningthe evolvement rule of public opinion transmission, the counterplan and suggest forthe solution of network emergencies are put forward. It also provides the referencefor dealing with other network emergencies.Combined with the knowledge of public management, this article usesdocumentary analytical method, social net analytical method, and statisticalanalytica method to research the “Changchun baby” network emergencies. Firstly,the article introduces the significance of the network emergencies, the concept ofnetwork public opinion, the related concepts of social network analysis methods andthe Social Network Analysis (SNA). Secondly, based on the "Changchun baby"network emergencies, the evolvetion stage of public opinion is analyzed, and thedata of the public opinion transmission about related network emergencies arecollected. Thirdly, this article studies the public opinion transmission of networkemergencies by using software application UCINET and Pajek, and makes ananalysis of the key nodes in the process of the network information dissemination bydrawing the network topology map. Finally, on the basis of the results obtained byempirical analysis, the article analyzes the research on the public opiniondissemination mechanism of network emergencies, and thus getting the informationcharacteristics of the public opinion dissemination, and proposes the governmentguiding principles and policy advice of public opinion transmission of networkemergencies.
